DescriptionThe AWS Latin America Communication, Culture & People Programs team is looking for an innovative, results-oriented Sr.

Program Manager to define and drive the strategy and long-term priorities for our Leadership Development initiatives in Latin America.

Our mission is to design, develop and drive adoption of a portfolio of People development products across our LatAm Commercial Sales organization.

We will create initiatives which continuously develop our people and scale learning across all levels of the organization.

As Program Manager, you will bring communications, leadership and sales business knowledge with end-to-end accountability.

You will own the long-term vision and tenets that drive working backwards strategies. This Program manager will work closely with LatAm's LT and HR to identify, analyze, and develop strategies to improve organizational health for employees, morale improvement.

Jointly with the Sales Enablement & Productivity team, this team will drive and evangelize the LatAm employees with AWS & LatAm's culture and execute all #TakeCareOfTheCrew / re : Engage initiatives.

You will integrate with field & GTM leaders to synergize learning approaches, and with human resources teams to understand compliance and legal considerations.

You will create initiatives which optimize multiple adult learning methodologies including peer to peer, experiential learning, and traditional leadership development and coaching strategies and will drive Amazon's culture across the organization.

Success will be measured by the adoption and leadership acceleration through metrics and KPIs. In addition, you will be uniquely positioned to influence the broader global leadership strategy for AWS as we continue to grow and evolve, representing Latin America.

You will drive reporting (, KPIs, adoption, other measures of success). You will ensure that mechanisms for capturing post-launch learnings are in place and incorporated into future product launches while formalizing best practices into frameworks to be evangelized with other Amazon teams.

You'll understand and prioritize customer needs, defining vision and roadmap, business requirements, understand competitive landscape, and continuously invent and simplify to create the most effective portfolio of products to support the growth, development and connection of our leaders across in Latin America.

In this role, you will : · Align and influence executive stakeholders inclusive of product teams, geo teams, and business leaders.

  • Identify and manage GTM plan stakeholders. Work closely with stakeholders across multiple AWS teams to define, build, drive and measure mechanisms to effectively land product portfolio globally, while driving segment and geo adoption.
  • Build communications, branding, packaging of materials and training for adoption.· Establish processes to meet the customer needs, create audit mechanisms, drive issue resolutions and build performance Metrics and KPIs.
  • Leverage strong communication skills (verbal and written English, Spanish and Portuguese skills are required) and a passion for using data to drive business and leadership decisions at scale.
  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS· Bachelor's Degree· 7+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology· Technical and analytical proficiency· Experience delivering product portfolio roadmap strategy and definition· Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Spanish and Portuguese)· Strong executive presence· Deep experience with or knowledge of Human Resources, Leadership Development, and Organizational Design methodologies.

  • Ability to deeply engage with customers to continuously understand and represent the voice of the customer.· Excellent collaboration skills and a high level of emotional intelligence· Experience managing global stakeholders and unique cultural considerations· Strong leadership skills· An innate desire to learn and be curious.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS· Master's degree in Business or Leadership and Organizational Design· Ability to learn new concepts and technologies and apply them to provide the best business outcomes for customers· Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders across multiple teams and organizations such as engineering, design, product, and project management to deliver portfolio of products and services· Experience in delivering large-scale global systems and products· Familiarity with global sales operations and data analytics· Skilled at creating sound business arguments backed up by data and analytics· Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary - owner mentality and an entrepreneurial drive· Demonstrated ability to have fun and inspire team· Strong verbal and written communication abilities - must effectively communicate with technical and non-technical people· Demonstrated ability for being detail-oriented, self-motivated, and for driving follow-through· Comfort with ambiguity and proven ability to handle multiple contending priorities· Ability to lead and influence across different organizations and geographies to align diverse teams around a common goal· Meets / exceeds Amazon's leadership principles requirements for this role
