Necessary skills and experience required :
2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence roles
Excellent leadership skills : previous experience leading teams (2+ years)
Strong experience in performance management and development
Sound knowledge in Excel and analytic tools is a must
SQL and Tableau skills are desirable
Language skulls : Advanced level of English
Responsibility :
Organize, Design, Optimize and Deliver reports with key information to be exposed in External & Internal Business Reviews, such as : SLAs, HC, Absenteeism, Tardiness, Forecast, People Management.
Point of contact for Google Clients for particular Business Intelligence projects and critical information.
Point of contact for Ads VMOs on Workforce reporting, staffing, volume, & forecast analysis.
Responsible for layout and for internal selection process for Data Analysts.
People Development for BI : Coaching & Training Plan to guarantee their upskilling knowledge and their development of required skills in a quarterly manner (as well as reaching team HC required).
Work with Automation Team to ensure Tool’s design is the right one to provide reports and relevant analysis and insights for Site Delivery Managers
Act as a Partner of Site Delivery Manager to detect common challenges and provide cross site solutions & Analysis, propose and deliver cross site best practices to guarantee operational success and sustainability.
