THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a talented Regional Engagement Director to work on our Wellbeing Engagement team on our regional engagement efforts.

Reporting directly to the Global VP of Engagement, you will be a culture transformation agent, bringing our clients closer to the Gympass mission, acting also as a wellbeing culture transformational agent, advocating on behalf of Gympass to clients, users, providers, and third parties.

This is a position inside the Global Marketing team responsible for executing our strategies locally and close to our clients.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Develop strategies to increase the reachable market through HR communication channels;
  • Ensure the deployment of Gympass’ global activation strategy in local markets and clients;
  • Reinforce the deployment of Gympass’s best practices and communication tools, leveraging client channels;
  • Understand, assess, and map internal communication channels, and HR strategies in companies from different realities, sizes, sectors, and audiences;
  • Sponsoring the support and the training offered to the local CS teams on activation efforts;
  • Understand the regional demands and opportunities to leverage the execution, in a close partnership with global teams;
  • Be a wellbeing culture transformation agent, advocating on behalf of Gympass to clients, users, and third parties; and
  • Strategically control all administrative and financial processes regarding on-site execution (budget management, PO management, hotel bookings, flight bookings, material shipment, etc).
  • WHO YOU ARE

  • A senior professional with 5-7+ years of proven work experience in related positions;
  • You're familiar with wellness, fitness, and HR fields across the American and / or Latin American market
  • You can work at a strategic level, but equally as happy being in the weeds on projects
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously and successfully
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to a changing environment
