CT Performance Manager- Assistant Director

The selected candidate will be a blend of a business analyst and project manager and will have the following :
Ability to lead to gather, understand and write business reporting requirements
Strong analytical capabilities to identify inter-dependencies of existing reports for design considerations on new reporting
Lead the effort to engage Performance Leader to clarify functional requirements, processes and data flow to align reporting capabilities or constraints
Integrate the solution into the product delivery teams, which may include the provision of enablement materials and training agenda to facilitate adoption and integration of the reporting, standards and processes into the business cycle
Verify, through different testing practices (ex. UAT), that the solutions meet the functional requirements and resolve specified business problems if applicable
Management of small to medium strategic projects defining and managing scope, plan, timelines, and quality
Analyze delivery reporting data
Develop relationships within the cross-functional teams that are apart of delivery
Assist in maintaining consistency of standards across delivery
Assist in the preparation of training material and training plan on standard delivery approach to be supplied to impacted functions
Skills and attributes for success
Ability to plan, lead and direct tactical activities to scope work effort and eventually capture business requirements for analysis, and prioritize features to produce required reporting outcomes
Knowledgeable and capable of conducting and handling requirements of varying complexity through its lifecycle and validating with Performance Leader
Excellent communication skills and confident to identify, negotiate and mitigate difficult circumstances (ex. changing requirements scope)
Have been involved in client training activities ranging from provisioning of quick reference or user guides, conducting functional walkthroughs, creating training nuggets and addressing FAQs to integrate solution functions into business tactical activities
Ability to engage and collaborate in diverse settings of people, perspectives and experiences
A sense of urgency, agility, decisiveness, and ability to work well under pressure
Ability to listen and to think independently, and be a curious and creative person
To qualify for the role, you must have
Significant relevant experience in either an internal or external business analysis role, project management role, or similar
Significant technical knowledge and experience in delivering IT solutions, providing comprehensive technical advice and understanding user requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Science, or other Technical qualification with 10-15 years in a corporate IT environment
Experience working in Software product development projects using traditional as well as Agile methodologies
Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience working with ADO
