Summary of Role / Job Description :

  • This position is responsible for providing a broad spectrum of strategic HR expertise and business leadership solutions for the LATAM Supply Chain Organization focusing on business partnership and strategic support to the LATAM Supply Chain Leadership Team.
  • The role will drive the HR elements of the business strategy by planning, developing and implementing key HR initiatives that increase productivity, capability and employee effectiveness.

  • Primary Accountabilities : Trusted strategic partnership with key senior leadership to define and execute business strategies and solutions that enable alignment and growth.
  • Provide objective perspective in solving business issues through insight regarding people and organization dynamics and implementing sustainable solutions.

    Partner with LATAM Supply Chain Leadership Team to maximize organization effectiveness; leverage expertise in organization design, change management, employee development, workforce planning and change management to ensure optimization of employee skills and potential.

    Develop in-depth strategic and operational business knowledge to build strong partnerships with senior leadership team.Ensure alignment of all HR-

    related business processes focused on meeting strategic and operating goals through positive employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and retention activities.

  • Deep understanding of business strategies and initiatives to partner with senior leaders to develop HR plans that support said strategy and initiativesLead the talent management and succession planning processes for LATAM Supply Chain;
  • partner with the HR Centers of Excellence to implement processes that enable the right development and movement of talent across the different Supply Chain Pillars.

    Lead the annual HR processes including merit review, PMP, etc. Drive and assess the effectiveness of performance management and goal setting, including professional and leadership development initiatives.

    Use of benchmarking in the areas of best HR practices relative to the business.

  • Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree (preferred). Advanced English skills (mandatory). Portuguese (desirable).
  • Experience interacting in a regional and cross functional capacity.Experience in consumer goods industry and / or supply chain.

    5-7 years of Human Resources Generalist experience.Proficient with MS Office and Workday or similar HR system.Ability to collaborate across different levels of the hierarchy, including senior levels of leadership.

    Ability to provide constructive and developmental feedback and coaching.Problem-solving and decision-making with stakeholder alignment.

    Highly organized, flexible, willing to make decisions and able to quickly adapt based on circumstances.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
