In the Associate Creative Director role, you will assist in managing a creative team for one of our biggest clients. The right candidate has a background in concepting big ideas with other creatives, knows how to design for both digital and print, has experience presenting work to clients, pays acute attention to detail, and is passionate about innovative design.

Strong communication skills are required.

The ideal candidate is a go-getter who jumps on new opportunities, designs with pixel-perfect precision, and can provide creative direction to other art directors and designers.

This is a fast-paced work environment, so attentiveness and the ability to handle multiple projects with ease are a must.

  • Help steer creative campaigns and manage multiple projects for one of our large
  • global clients.

  • Combine strong creative art direction skills with critical thinking; your analytical approach enables you to ask the right questions and provide ideas from both a strategic and conceptual perspective.
  • As part of a dedicated team within MediaMonks, you’ll lead the creative process taking on digitally focused promotions big and small.
  • Concept to execution, for digital ads, social media, presentations, and out-of-home.
  • Identify and develop the right set of assets and corresponding content to build stronger relationships between clients and their key partners.
  • Go above and beyond the original brief to push what’s possible even under tight deadlines.
  • Leadership & Management

  • Be client facing and co-owning client relationships; You’ll build and maintain key relationships with all clients and key stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to art directors and designers on the team
  • Manage multiple work streams while ensuring all deliverables are at a world-class level.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with internal cross-functional teams, including Creative, Producers, and Account Leadership.
  • Serve as quality control in reviewing assets and deliverables against the original client goals, you help to make sure all work is conceptually in line with campaign objectives and client expectations.
  • Develop a holistic understanding of our client’s overall brand and craft flexible concepts that can be applied to a variety of executions.
  • Requirements :

  • An online portfolio showing both concept and design-driven digital work
  • For this lead position, we’re looking for a client-facing Associate Creative Director with strong experience in art direction and great communication
  • A track record of leading creative teams in an advertising or production agency (Minimum 5 years of leadership).
  • Guide and mentor several teams at the same time including other art directors and designers.
  • Mastery of digital design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma) for diverse formats (web, social, video, email, etc.)
  • Expert understanding of typography, illustration, and layout; making things look beautiful is second-nature.
  • Solid understanding UX principles and their applications across the web, email and beyond.
  • Rigorous attention to detail
  • You’re able to present a portfolio of praise-worthy projects, showcasing your understanding of cultural trends and innovative technologies.
  • You can successfully ideate and pitch your ideas in a digestible, understandable format.
  • Ability to develop strategically-sound concepts and create activations that are both achievable and attention-worthy
  • Experience collaborating across Google Apps (ie. Slides, Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
  • Experience storyboarding video and working with a motion graphics team
  • Familiarity of music industry and trends is a plus
