You will be a leadership of Account Executives Sr.
You will must manage the teamto maintain and expand our best-in-class product and agent network, enhanceservice efficiency and explore ways of improving agent and local third-partypayment partnering with new digital technology.
It s very important expandthe Large Accounts to arrange Bill Payment Services (Pago Fácil) and Money Transfer(Western Union).
You will negotiate and execute new agent contracts and be accountablefor the management of an agent network, applying our latest technology into theservicing network.
You will report to the Commercial Director.
We will need you to have a UniversityDegree in Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing, or IndustrialEngineer. 5 years of experiencecommercial areas, leading teams.
Experience in service companiesproviding services to the retail sector will be valued. You will use your ability to take a strong leadership role inimplementing policies and procedures to support organizational objectives andbusiness success.
Coupled with a go-better attitude, you will be goalorientated with a flexible but detailed mindset and with product launchingskills.
You will need intermediate or advanced English, retail market knowledge.Desire to learn and leadership skills.
