Position Description : The role is for a CMT Europe BA OSP Support Analyst who will provide, with close supervision from a senior member of staff, guidance and support for operations processes and tools, helping assigned Operations Support Professionals (OSPs) to execute business processes more efficiently.

  • OSP assignments will vary based on the needs of the business. Key Responsibilities are to : Provide Manage mySales (MMS) opportunity management process and tool support to assigned Client Services Group (CSG);
  • this can be for one or more CSG depending upon workloadMaintain and ensure accuracy of data within the MMS tool according to established guidelines and as needed for system changes;
  • Take responsibility for agreed areas of data clean-up, pipeline updates, advance stage for approved opps, action sales bookings;
  • Help handle customer requests / security updates;Prepare standard and ad hoc MMS reports for entity leadership and others as required by named CSGProvide support to the CMT OG Operations Team, participating in centrally managed tasks for one or more CSGs When trainedact as back up to assigned OSP(s) with tasks including New Business Management (NBM) meeting preparation, logistics, facilitation and follow up actions;
  • help train new joiners to the BA team and provide training to client team members as required.participate in special projects, ad hoc initiatives as required.

    Qualifications EducationDegree educated or equivalent relevant studies / qualifications (business / executive administrative) preferred.

    Skills RequirementsTypically has minimum of 1+ years of experience; commercial awareness and business acumen is desirable.

    Strong written and oral communication skills in English.Previous knowledge of Accenture / experience as an Accenture OSP support person would be highly desirable.

  • MMS Opportunity Management experience would be highly desirable.Good communicator and team player with interpersonal skills and a "can-do" attitude;
  • confident when dealing with all levels of staff including Managing Directors and executives. Good Excel skills; intermediate upwards if possible.

    Proactive, accurate and have attention to detail; able to prioritize and plan own work activities as required.Team player with willingness to learn and help out where needed, with the ability to work under pressure and take on additional responsibility when trained.

    Willing to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, national holidays (time off in lieu will be given).Expectation is that successful candidate will remain in role for at least 24 months due to the complexity of the role.

    Interacts with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. Likely has limited direct exposure with non-management levels at a client and / or within Accenture.
