We are looking for passionate Scrum Master to join our team!
The Work You’ll Do
The Scrum Master has the goal of helping the team find a way to achieve its objectives, facilitating continuous improvement sprint by sprint, and at the same time fostering a positive work environment.
The person in this role will assist the Product Owner suggesting possible courses of action to produce better results, based on the client’s needs.
This role will have to observe what is happening on other teams to anticipate and act on potential disruptions and will collaborate on internal and external communication.
The Scrum Master has to constantly protect the agile practices within the team, and raise flags when the team starts to diverge from the good practices.
Facilitate the removal of impediments.
Provide visibility of the process and results of each sprint.
Track the progress and help the team achieve the committed goals.
Coordinate all meetings : Direct and guide the team members to keep the meetings productive (daily standup, sprint planning, etc.)
Report all information on the progress of the sprint (including ScoreCards).
Help the team and the PO to communicate efficiently.
Keep the team focused on the sprint. Protect from external interruptions.
Maintain good communication with other SM to minimize impact across teams and products.
The ideal candidate will have the following education, work experience, and abilities :
Agile methodologies knowledge
Continued education in their given development domain
Proven planning, priority setting, time management, and decision making skills
Enthusiasm for business, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for driving results
Great communication skills
Other Requirements :
Ability to pass background / medical check
Ability to work on site at our local office
Possible international travel required
