Engineering Automation Sr. Analyst
DEPARTMENT : ENGINEERING
Location : Campana
Formal Education : Computer System or Electronic engineering.
English level : High intermediate.
Personal Characteristics : Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Main responsibilities :
Provides support to the implementation of new technologies.
Applies skills in designing, programming and commissioning of Information Systems within an automation platform for process control, with solid knowledge of the hardware and software involved, and the ability to interact and coordinate with the rest of the specialties working on an Engineering Project.
Applies skills for managing Information System project execution, within the scope of Engineering Projects, from the basic architecture and design to the detail software programming, from the procurement process to the commissioning and testing stages, from the budgeting stage to the closing of the investment, with reporting of KPIs on every stage to the upper supervision.
Provides support, definition, advice and consulting to ensure the systems information platform is aligned with Corporate IT standards.
Supervises and monitors the implementation of infrastructure changes overseeing that they are reflected on the Disaster Recovery Plan whenever applicable.
Selects and develops IT suppliers, for software and hardware solutions.
Solid knowledge of the safety standards and environmental issues of industrial plants and process, with reference to the international safety normative (IEC 61508, IEC 61511, EN ISO 13849-1, EN 62061).
Solid knowledge of Networking and Cisco platform. CCNA (desirable).
