Nuestra plataforma conecta a más de 45.000 restaurantes, supermercados, farmacias y tiendas de la región con millones de usua Our client, a leading Online Education Platform for vocational skills training in the US Hispanic market and LATAM is searching for a Director of Paid Marketing.

  • The objective of this position is to lead the Paid Marketing team in the strategy, implementation and analysis of paid acquisition campaigns on the different platforms.
  • We are looking for someone who has experience leading digital paid teams, and managing digital paid campaigns, especially with a business model that has offline conversations as it works a little differently than the e-commerce model.
  • Although this is a leadership role, this person must feel very comfortable in both Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager.
  • What you will be doing : . uilding strong relationships with senior-level counterparts and manage day to day relationships including strategic oversight and overall problem solving / troubleshooting related with Paid Marketing efforts.
  • Overseing and supporting a team of Paid Media Managers in the development, implementation and maintenance of multiple and simultaneous campaigns.

    Working closely with Sr Director of Marketing and VP of Operations on creating monthly goals / objectives and lead the development of strategies and tactics to achieve those goals .

  • Strong knowledge of the paid search and social landscape and best practices with a special focus on new technologies, inventory opportunities, and partners.
  • Ensuresing efficient budget management and overall execution of campaigns. Responsible for facilitating each team member's development.

    Planning and implementing strategies to improve paid media campaigns beyond creative optimization and structure. Example : understand consumer behavior on web and launch A / B experiments to increase lead rate, integrate paid media efforts with email campaigns, manage events on page and identify insights.

    Managing Paid Media team's OKRs and achieving goals!. Requirements. · 4+ years managing teams of at least 3 people. · 6+ years managing campaign on Google Adwords and Facebook Ads Manager.

  • Experience presenting strategies and results to executive management. · Knowledge in YouTube Studio. · Bachelor of Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or any profession related to social networks.
  • Experience with offline marketing (TV / Radio) is a big plus!. · Experience working with Exact Target is a big plus!· Google Analytics expert
