Do you thrive by being part of a strong team? We are looking for a Total Rewards Senior Analyst to provide insights on strategic questions that assess the Total Rewards strategy effectiveness.
You will partner closely with the total rewards leadership team to understand total rewards strategic priorities and determine how to drive and support them using data analytics, problem solving, visualization, and curiosity.
You need to have the ability to synthesize information from multiple partners to accurately tell a story. You will possess an ambitious working style with attention to detail.
Develops strategic questions and insights for various areas of total rewards and determine how to accurately define and present data through storytelling.
Develops strong relationships with various partners and elevate key issues and topics to Total Rewards Leadership Team.
Captures, analyzes, and elevates key issues and important topics to Total Rewards Leadership Team.
Builds and develops relationships with various partners across Total Rewards and Human Resources
Influences leadership decisions and total rewards goals through data and analytics.
Effectively prepares and presents information to leaders and influence employees at all levels of the organization.
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Ability to drive decisions through data and insights
Ability to partner and influence employees at all levels of the organization
Ability to understand complex and ambiguous business needs and apply the right tools and approaches
Ability to deliver with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
