Follow up on targets of the month, identify red flags / roadblocks and lead / follow up with the corresponding team to reach the solution.

Participate in strategic projects with a hands-on approach in order to achieve specific business goals and support different needsWhat are you going to do?

  • Monitor and analyze consistently business key performance indicators in order to find opportunities and / or roadblocks in achieving growth.
  • Elaborate and align with main stakeholders a strategic plan for short, mid and long term that enable us to set targets for specific teams in the region, and follows up with execution areas against these targets
  • Manage our growth ambition locally together with Country leadership : Prepare reports and strategic presentations that facilitate decision making.
  • Understand the ins and outs of each area of Kavak
  • Accompany the launch of new countries and work with leaders of different countries to ensure growth strategy.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and lead improvement projects that will unlock business needs through growth and efficiency - must be able to jump in and support teams
  • What are we looking for?

  • 1-2 years of consulting, planning or similar experience; or 1-2 years in a fast-growth startup preferred
  • Intermediate / Advanced Excel knowledge required; SQL preferred
  • Experience managing projects with diverse teams (Marketing, Product, Pricing, Sales, Operations, Customers)
  • Strong analytical skills : data analysis and presentation; process optimization
  • Strategic thinking : Frame a problem and the ways to find a solution
  • Excellent synthesis and communication, both oral and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
