To guard with the service leaders the fulfillment of the service level agreements (SLA) and the operational level agreements (OLA), carrying out a follow-up to ensure that the agreed services are provided according to the requirements.
Measure, report and review the current user satisfaction of services and associated components that meet the digital needs of internal users and business areas.

Improve the User Experience : Generate significant improvements in the experience of end users and customers. Establish instruments for the control, quality and result (benefit) of the changes applied.
Exploit and maximize the result of the entire O365 Suite : Seeks constant improvement and application, making the most of O365 and its derivatives along with packaged tools, saving time, resources, effort and promoting collaboration, participation, and co-creation in customers from different business units.
Mentoring & Training : Contribute to generate a training catalog for the success of the client or end user, with a focus on corporate tools (O365, PowerBI, Teams, Planner, SharePoint, etc.
Establish a training program that focuses on experiential and personalized learning created for employees looking to achieve better results with the technology available on their desks or digital services provided by AES.
Computer Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering and / or related.+ 3-5 years of experience leading project teams.+ O365 advanced+ Proficiency in English+ Have certifications or studies related to digital culture and collaboration+ Have certifications in UX or Similar+ Have certifications in Scrum, PMI or similar+ Experience in the energy sector, industrial, or transnational service companies.
Lean inception and design thinking+ A developer profile with experience in PowerApps, O365 and SharePoint for future integrations.
