Follow up of customer require and Organize the delivery time from the Service Center to their destinations, using associated information systems.
Order entry into the associated systems.
Collaborates in the optimization of the use of stock, ensuring product availability within Service Center and instructing the shift leader / supervisor the info for each shipment.
Provide adequate Service Level to the customers.
Coordinate shipments to customer maximizing intake and optimizing the use of the carriers base. Coordinate rig returns and third parties activities.
Ensure proper documentation is properly managed to support operations. Activate / troubleshoot administrative process when needed.
Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his / her area.
Experience in similar roles.
Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
This position is based in Neuquén. We offer great relocation package.
