Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming B2C reviews.
  • Handle incoming B2C photos.
  • Provide technical support, related to our Software and App s.
  • Give guidance on the daily user s complaints.
  • Skills and experience :

  • Minimum one-year proven experience as a Customer Service Representative. (If you have some experience in the restaurant sector or similar areas is a big plus, but not a must)
  • Languages : English
  • Enjoy a multitasking environment
  • You re open-minded and can create strong relationships with your customers and colleagues.
  • You continuously care about your customer needs, trying to make their experience unique and satisfactory.
  • Some technological knowledge and troubleshooting experience in a customer support environment will be considered as a plus.
  • Someone that is well organized and that is looking for a challenge.
