What You Will Achieve You'll have a key role to play in an organization that has people at its heart. You will be managing a range of activities that help our global workforce, including maintaining employee histories, administering company compensation and benefits programs, and organizing trainings.

You will be relied on to plan the manpower needs from internal and external sources. You will also have the important role of advising on all types contract negotiation, including discussions with union representatives.

Your planning skills will help in preparing forecasts for resource requirements, and providing areas of improvement for products, processes or services.

Through your comprehensive knowledge of the HR domain, you will work towards advancing new concepts and methodologies. You will be able to take a leadership role to facilitate agreements between different teams.

How You Will Achieve It The HR Business Partner is responsible for providing support to local Leaders in Argentina Region (Argentina / Uruguay), ensuring delivery of all HR key services, talent management, coaching and projects in alignment with business strategies, local / corporate guidelines and global policies / procedures.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES : + Support HR strategies and ensure the implementation considering corporate guidelines and aligned to the business needs in Argentina.

  • Working closely with the Key stakeholders across the HR function to implement HR and business initiatives as well as creating an informal local and regional / global HR network that seeks to make it easier to get things done in HR.
  • Ensure business support and leaders with talent management, performance, and HR processes to drive organizational development and career development, aligned to corporate goals and objectives.
  • Promote coaching in Talent Management process, Career Management in line with the business strategies, seeking to encourage a Pfizer culture.
  • Coach leaders to leverage all people key process / strategy and support their teams to be an effective structure+ Ensure effective relationships with internal stakeholders through effective communication in alignment with the HR strategy.
  • Participate in change management and transformational processes / projects.+ Support implementation of compliance of local labor laws and regulations, through local policies and procedures, as well as management of labor relations in an effective way.
  • Partnering with other areas ensuring compliance with local policies, legislation, and corporate guidelines, with a high level of service and accuracy standard.
  • Manages employee relations, compliance issues and union relation.+ Supports reorganizations and M&A (mergers & acquisition) work - as needed.
  • Advise leaders on HR legal issues in accordance with employment legislation and local policies.+ Support DEI strategy and initiatives.
  • QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB + University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economy, Psychology or correlated area.

    Desirable : MBA in Business Management or Human Resources+ 10 or more years of experience in Human Resources; experience in business partnering roles and Culture.

  • Experience in coaching leaders, Union & organizational changes.+ Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business leaders to develop, implement and monitor HR initiatives that enable the achievement of business goals.
