Job Description : Supports Talent Fulfillment Specialists in demand triage as needed, ensuring demand is assigned to the right RP

  • Accountable for ensuring HR Career Advisors or Talent Fulfillment Specialists are filling roles (candidates are proposed / reviewed)
  • Understands and works with HRCA or TFS to address fulfillment gaps for each role.
  • Counsels HRCA or TFS on solutions for hard to fill roles
  • Escalation point for ALL demand fulfillment mattersEscalation point for project executives and HRCA or TFS
  • Monitor key scheduling metrics (time to propose, project candidate reject rate, candidate quality, time to fill, overdue demand, etc.

  • University degree related to Human Resources
  • Advanced English level Professional Skill Requirements
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
