Position Description :
Coordinate the web team members to accomplish the incoming work from different internal clients, along with the planification, implementation and control of Lenovo's web site guidelines and technologies.
Defines and measure SLA, controls incomes and outcomes for each requirement and manages the team as chief of staff. Assist the team in the early identification of impediments and work accordingly with the organization and / or other teams in order to remove them or mitigate their impact to the product development process.
Mentor the team in the correct understanding of business priorities for development sprints. Make effective and timely use of escalations to the account team and / or client when needed.
Coach client’s Product Owner in process-related aspects. Actively engage in coordination efforts with worldwide teams in order to build a cohesive execution strategy and collaborate as much as possible.

Position Requirements :
Associate degree related to web related careers
3 years managing customer requirements related to web projects / business.
Demonstrating effective communication in written and spoken English.
Hands on web front-end development or designing experience is a plus."
BA Degree in related careers to system / web business
Experience as project manager, leading web projects / business and customer management.
None, but PMP, Scrum Master or Agile Coach will be a plus
