Title : Software Analyst - 86703

Your Position :

Your Responsibilities

As a System Analyst, you will be responsible for the integration of vendor / purchased systems into the JDF ecosystem. This role ensures that the interfaces transferring data between various systems are operating at the expected performance levels.

In addition, you will :

  • Participate in technical discussions with team(s) and supplier(s) to define design and integrations.
  • Verify and monitor interfaces and services to ensure quality
  • Lead problem analysis for incidents, driving immediate resolution and identifying root cause.
  • Work with vendors to identify & prioritize system health, compliance, and security needs
  • Work with Product Owner to prioritize technical investments or enhancements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Participate in bank compliance and audit reviews
  • Required Skills, Experiences and Competencies

  • Proven experience in the design, integration, verification, and support of software solutions
  • Strong understanding of computer technology and software development life cycle
  • Strong understanding of application development environment, database, data management and infrastructure capabilities and constraints
  • Strong understanding of cloud development with platforms like AWS and Azure
  • Working knowledge of common integration patterns
  • Proven experience collaborating within and across teams and suppliers to ensure that solutions meet needs
  • Proven experience working in a team environment within minimal supervision
  • Foundational technical acumen across complex software solutions (e.g. infrastructure, environments, data structures, architecture, etc.)
  • English Advanced - Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on persuasive communication, tact, and negotiation
  • Proven experience with Agile development process, methodology, and scaling
  • Desired Skills, Experiences and Competencies

  • Proven experience in development and testing of loosely coupled, web-based software solutions
  • Working knowledge of domain / product (business and product knowledge)
  • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure with platforms like AWS or Azure
  • Working knowledge of DevSecOps and lean development principles such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
  • Working knowledge of UX / CX
  • Education (or equivalent work experience)

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Computer / Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology discipline
  • Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience (5+ years applied software engineering)
