Responsible for overseeing : The B2B Southern Cone Marketing Analyst’s primary role will be to support the B2B Southern Cone Marketing team execute the Marketing Plan to support all L.
O.B. (Theatrical, HE, TVD, Networks and Production).
Assist and distribute marketing materials for all LOB’s business partners (Digital and video assets, one sheets, presentations, e-newsletters, mailers, sizzle reels, cross promotions, trade shows, sales materials, photos, social media assets, programming information / synopsis, translations) to
support our content in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia & Peru.
Help create vendors, process PO’s and track payments.
Provide administrative support to the B2B Southern Cone team : desk drops, delivery experiences, track and manage shipping & inventories, maintenance of client and vendor data base, analyzing data reports, monitoring / tracking campaigns.
Manage premiums : ordering & tracking inventory.
Support B2B Manager with the creation of a monthly performance and tracking report of Marketing Campaigns implemented across all L.O.B.
Education, Years of Experience, Specialized Knowledge or Skills Required
Some experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Time management and planning / organization skill set.
Attention to detail.
Some knowledge of Market data and analytics.
Strong communication and people skills.
Willing to learn and grow on the job while reaching out and collaborating with colleagues across the Region and other business units.
Digital Marketing experience is a plus.
Speak and write Spanish and English.
Some travel may be required.
Experience +2 in marketing / advertising / media.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word;online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google AdWords etc.)
