We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Manager that significantly contributes with the start-up of our business in Brazil.
You will set foundations for our local customer success team and your main goal will be to enable local companies, SMBs and professional businesses to do business globally with Payoneer’ s fast, flexible, secure, and low-cost financial solutions.
Your responsibilities will include working with our larger customers to co-build their growth strategy, increasing market penetration and Payoneer’s product and services portfolio adaption.
You will also be responsible for implementing innovative initiatives for the longtail growth within the leading online verticals in the world.
You will be working in a very dynamic, challenging and multidisciplinary environment, very close to Product, Marketing and Operations teams to successfully build and implement our Growth strategy in the region.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high energy and entrepreneur environment. Candidate should possess Account Management experience, as well as outstanding analytical and communicational skills.

Oversee and manage customer engagement and growth initiatives in the market.
Identify business opportunities, build the go to market plan, develop solutions that match customers’ needs and successfully implement the roadmap.
Strengthen existing relationships and creating new ones to maximize retention, up-sell and cross-selling rates.
Being analytical to better understand business performance and find the diamonds . Ability to see the big picture, understand business key drivers and, how they relate to each other to drive profitable growth.
Being proactive to enhance our product portfolio for the region, working very close to Product and Marketing teams.
Being entrepreneurial to develop what is needed to bring the opportunities onboard.
Build business success stories and case studies to share with our community.
Drive events, below the line activities and represent Payoneer in industry forums to drive awareness.
What you will need to succeed?
BA in business administration, industrial engineer, economics or anything else that would make us say, hmmm that’s interesting .
5+ years of experience in business development, strategic account management and partnerships for Fintech, payments, foreign exchange, IT or Ecommerce companies.
Expertise in developing business cases, financial analyses, and modeling, analyzing and forecasting economic and financial impacts.
Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate needs and drive results.
Self-starter who proactively seeks ways to improve and drive business to next level.
Proven track record in meeting & exceeding targets.
High level of organization, focus, and ability to work under pressure.
Fast learner passionate for payments and Fintech world.
Native Portuguese. Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
Flexibility to travel domestic or international.
Not a must but a great advantage
Experience with Fintech and Banking, Payments, e-commerce, CRM systems, digital marketing, social media, IT or software industry.
Experience with data analytics & BI tools.
Experience using salesforce.com or a similar CRM tools.
Experience managing SMBs, especially in cross border trade.
Experience working with remote teams to get things done.
Working experience in Latam countries.
