Necessary skills and experience required :

Monitoring of the life cycle of the campaigns, from the booking request to the implementation and traffic processes

coordination of internal teams for the successful launch of each campaign

customer support via email and video conference, aligning expectations and deadlines

Language Skills :

Spanish - native or advanced

Portuguese - advanced or fluent

English - intermediate

Responsibility :

You will be responsible for performance platform analysis and account improvements opportunities identification as well as keywords translation / adaptation according to cultural nuances and business needs.

Profiles oriented to processes, customer relationship loyalty, customer service, support.

Location : Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Shift : Full Time.
