Lead, motivate & develop SSC Country Team and constantly improve team's performance to provide world class operational and transactional services to the organization.

Secure and take full ownership into the fulfillment of agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and country's KPIs using effectively assigned resources, system tools and other solutions available in Shared Service Center (SSC).

Lead all communication across the SSC and outside as well, taking into consideration the different audiences to face.

Your core responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate colleague profiles, personal skills, trainings, team building, career paths and support management to design people strategy in the SSC.
  • Coach the operational team and assure their professional development and motivation. Develop the team to attain assigned goals.
  • Supervise, organize and control global processes and coordinate this activity with other groups in the SSC as well as with other functions.
  • Ensure consistent high standards of service and that the team's performance meets the KPI and SLA requirements
  • Act as the contact intermediary role when new procedures are introduced.
  • Ensure workforce planning and management within the team.
  • Support SSC Management in the development of operational plans and ensure its deployment into day-to-day processes.
  • Create, supervise and organize communication in the SSC, through newsletters, visual content, dashboards, meetings, etc.
  • Moderate and encourage open spaces for team interaction
  • Create guidelines / toolkits / train the trainers and all the required tools to deploy the processes
  • Establish and maintain efficient relationship with key internal clients
  • The Requirements

  • College / University related to HR, Psychology, Business Admin, Customer Service
  • Experience in coaching colleagues, developing career paths, designing team building activities, organizing activities and events with the team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with individuals across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Experience in designing visual content (Newsletters, Presentations, Dashboards)
  • Experience in Continuous Process Improvement
  • Fluent English Level
  • Computer skills, including MS Office
