Our Consulting team is at the forefront of this task and, as Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for organizing and carrying out complex projects, many involving global market leaders.

From the planning stages to rollout, you’ll participate in defining the perfect methodology for each and ensure they are successfully delivered in time and scope.

Your challenges and objectives :

  • Manage multiple projects (3 to 8) simultaneously.
  • Deliver complex projects in a timely manner and covering the proper scope.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders both within the company and our customers.
  • Continuously evolve on project management capabilities, increasing the number and complexity of projects undertaken.
  • Gain thorough knowledge of our product and organization to deliver better results for our customers.
  • Ensure the client can serve as a reference upon completing their implementation.
  • Your day-to-day activities

  • Collaborate with our customers to define the baseline implementation project plan, identifying and communicating correctly dependencies and the critical path.
  • Once baselined, lead with the customer the revision and control of it.
  • Collaborate with the customer s project manager to identify / resolve all issues that could impact project scope and / or timeframes.
  • Identify, manage and communicate risks and delays.
  • Coordinate and control internal work that needs to be delivered within consulting and other technical services or development areas.
  • Report project status periodically and participate in Executive Steering Committee meetings when needed.
  • Control scope and make sure all scope change request goes through the required change request process.
  • Contribute to maintain and grow our internal team knowledge.
  • About you :

  • Bilingual in English.
  • University degree.
  • Outstanding communication and organization skills.
  • Experienced in project management in a software development environment, including waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Software implementation experience is valued.
  • Project management certifications are a plus.
