The position

Supports the Human Pharma business strategy implementation in order to ensure performance in line with the business targets.

Ensures the analysis for the business planning, forecasting in alignment with marketing and sales strategies, performance monitoring & root-cause analysis.

Will boost the transformation process to be a 100% customer centric company.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Establish and track appropiate performance KPIs. Develop and implement performance managment analysis leading to issues identification and corrective action plans
  • Establish and coordinate launch readiness activities, based on the corporate launch readiness process, in close collaboration with Marketing, Medical, Market Access and Human Pharma Managment.
  • Develop strategic options in regard to sales force effectiveness, CRM systems, target definition and segmentation analysis to support continues promotional efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Integrated Brand Planning : In direct collaboration with Marketing teams. Support business performance analysis and forecasting supported by the Commercial Operations.
  • Drive trainnings and events coordination.
  • Responsible for the Overall development and roll-out of the Multi Channel Marketing implementation of cross-brand channels / platforms / tools.
  • Leads, coach and manage the Commercial Operations teams.
  • Requirements

  • Master Degree in Business Administration or similar
  • Marketing and sales experience
  • Corporate environment experience
  • Proven ability to influence
