Coordinate all aspects of Point of Sale training, including training plans, training manuals, and training logistics along with the Sales Force and Client.
Provide ongoing service visits to assigned accounts and take actions upon visit results.
Optimize sales through building relationships with various levels of management
Drive sales within all sales channels such as corporate, dealer and telesales
Set sales goals in collaboration with client management
Develop, monitor and circulate sales reports and marketing plans to ensure sales goals are met
Consult with client management to make and execute plans for achieving and exceeding sales goals
Develop plans and conduct Point of Sale Training.
Provide ongoing service visits to accounts, identify areas to improve, and coordinate corrective actions for visits results.
Creation and preparation of training manuals.
Monitor, track and analyze accounts insurance penetration per branch.
Coordinate, monitor, track and analyze motivational programs.
Participate in client meetings related to training issues.
Prepare specific training reports as necessary.
Keep abreast of account premium production and analyze training and SVC visit activity.
Analyze training / visit results and prepare action plans according to their particular needs.
Brochure placement and delivery.
Promotional duties on Special Events.
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration - Marketing
