Requirements

  • Portugués Bilingüe.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de 5am a 2pm.
  • Conocimientos de redes en Windows, Linux y Mac.
  • Conocimiento de escalamiento y prioridades.
  • Conocimiento en antivirus, antimaleware y antispyware.
  • Conocimiento y monitoreo en tráfico de redes.
  • Conocimiento básicos de IT / IL.
  • Responsibilities

    Brindar soporte remoto a los usuarios finales, dentro de la gama de productos con la que cuenta el cliente

    Realizar el análisis, diagnóstico, investigación y seguimiento de los casos hasta su resolución o escalamiento al siguiente nivel

    Estar en comunicación permanente con equipos de distintas áreas para la investigación de los problemas reportados

    Actualizar / Modificar los artículos de la base de conocimiento públicos (KBs)

    Recepcionar y recibir llamados de usuarios de Latinoamérica.
