The successful candidate has experience in developing and executing communication initiatives particularly around advertising and product, is a compelling story-teller, and has strong media relations.
This is a full-time position based in Mexico City, and will report to the Monetization Communications Manager for Latin America.
Required Skills : 1. Identify and tell business and advertisement stories in Mexico and the rest of Spanish-speaking Latin America2.
Build actionable plans related to monetization products and programs, specifically advertising product initiatives3. Support the broader Comms org as a knowledgeable source in business solutions and ads product - e.
g. build narratives and arguments, identify stories4. Interface with teams across the company, including Sales, Marketing, Creative Shop and others5.
Support executive spokespeople in Mexico and Spanish-speaking Latam Minimum Qualifications : 6. Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience in Corporate Communications7.
5+ years of relevant professional experience at a PR agency or in-house, at a media, consumer or advertising company8. Strong writing and story-telling skills in Spanish and English9.
Familiarity with the advertising industry Preferred Qualifications : 10. Collaborative : Can work across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment to identify, create and tell meaningful stories to key stakeholders through owned, earned and paid media channels11.
Proactive : A self-starter with the ability to proactively come up with new ideas, build a plan and successfully execute it in partnership with communications teams and other partners.
