ABOUT THIS JOB

Participate and comply with the Basic Training Program of the Company and assist the Managers and Account Executives in customer service, for their executive and professional development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Being in constant contact with clients in order to clarify their needs and follow up their concerns
  • Assist the Executives and Account Managers in your area / management.
  • Study in detail the products and services offered by the Cía. as well,learn to use support software.
  • Organize, analyze and logically present the information received to gain practice in the preparation and presentation of data through presentations.
  • Being in constant contact with internal areas such as Analytics, Data Science.
  • A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU

    Using your analytical and effective communication skills you can provide services and solutions to our client needs. If you enjoy being in constant contact with clients and detecting their needs this is the perfect place for you.

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • Licenciate degree in Administration, Industrial Engineer, Marketing or similar
  • Experience in commercial roles and with client management (desirable)
  • Intermediate Excel level
