EY Technology supports our technology needs through three business units : Client Technology (CT) - focuses on developing new technology services for our clients.

It enables EY to identify new technology-based opportunities faster, and pursue those opportunities more rapidly. Enterprise Workplace Technology (EWT) EWT supports our Core Business Services functions and will deliver fit-

for-purpose technology infrastructure at the cheapest possible cost for quality services. EWT will also support our internal technology needs by focusing on a better user experience.

Information Security (Info Sec) - Info Sec prevents, detects, responds and mitigates cyber-risk, protecting EY and client data, and our information management systems.

What are you going to do?

  • Email Security & Reputational Implementation and Operations Technician will lead the deployment and support the run state of the outbound Email security and reputational posture.
  • Will also support some additional technologies in operational Level 3 role for Information Security technologies as part of a larger 24x7 team.
  • Deployment of Email security technologies (DMARC, SPF and DKIM)
  • Troubleshooting of incidents, support, and proactive / preventative analysis of systems.
  • Manage, drive and coordinate multiple outbound email domains, email technologies as well as complex DNS schema.
  • What do we need form you?

  • Breadth and depth of knowledge and experience in a wide variety of technologies and software solutions in a large scale organization particularly DNS and Email reputational technologies.
  • Experience working with vendors and internal non technical customers. Understanding of coordinating with different vendor mail platforms also a plus.
  • Detailed Knowledge related to SMTP email technologies and reputational security (MX, MTA’s, DMARC, DKIM, SPF).
  • Advanced Knowledge of DNS especially related to a large organization with a complex hierarchy. ( spf, dmarc, cname).
  • Fundamental understanding networking / LAN / WAN / DMZ, Firewalls, DNS, LDAP
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills
  • Excellent presentation and reporting skills, especially to executive level leadership.
  • Communication skills to explain operational issues surrounding incidents and / or potential issues on an ongoing-basis to InfoSec leadership.
