Job Overview / Summary
This role is responsible to shape and impact International's LATAM innovation and sustainability plans in support of broader business goals and manage the Aldo Bonzi R&D Site.
As an R&D Director, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Buenos Aires R&D community of scientists, technicians, and trainees.
You will a member of the LATAM Business Leadership Team, lead the Regional Innovation Team, and sit on the Clorox International Studio team.
You will be responsible for development and execution of the Innovation Plan and serve as a thought leader for the business, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Insights, and Supply leaders to drive the LATAM agenda and business.
