Here is how this role will be critical to our business :

  • Overall management of our CRM (Salesforce) and other IT tools that support marketing & commercial team (Qliksense & QGIS / ARCGIS)
  • System administrator : maintaining local settings, reports, users etc
  • Customer Support : Point of contact for end users having questions & understand the service requests from business to be able to raise / document when needed.
  • Trainer : developing & delivering local training
  • Designer & Data Steward : support design & ensure data quality is maintained by users.
  • Project Manager : Ensure project milestones are met.
  • Support marketing & commercial team for improvements in CRM
  • Focal point with IT area & our 3rd party suppliers of our CRM tools
  • Qualifications

    Essential for this position :

  • Agronomy or related professional
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken : upper intermediate level or higher).
  • Experience in CRM (Salesforce preferably) and digital tools
  • Knowledge of Qliksense and QGIS / ARCGIS
  • Experience in seeds or agribusiness (plus)
  • Good communication skills, ability to influence and gain support, stakeholder management in a matrix / international environment
  • Proactive and practical capabilities. Ownership and leadership
  • Planning, execution and results orientation will be necessary for this position.
