Job Description : + Leads the execution of the Innovation 4-2-1 pipeline p resented to PEBAC Exec and LAC Innovation for sign off.

  • Works with our customers and distributors to develop a common growth agenda , sets priorities and jointly assigns resources and investment levels.
  • Drives the Annual Game Planning Process for Innovation to establish strong brand / category and business objectives and plans behind each brand.
  • Defines Activity Calendar and A&P Split by Activity for each approved launch. , in consensus with commercial area and Head of Innovation Mainstream Whisky & Rums PEBAC.
  • Accountable for delivering Innovation G5 P&L, leading cross functional teams.+ Supports the Commercial Roadmap for Innovation P&L.
  • Responsible and accountable for all ATL implementation , including Media plans, Digital Marketing, Public Relations and Out-trade experiential events, briefing specialist resources and leading the cross functional team to deliver the GAME.
  • Defines and monitors Price Strategy for each brand, in consensus with the commercial area and following Global Guidelines.
  • Adapts or Creates Advertising for International brands according to Growth Driver Development Matrix . Inputs voice of the Market for Global Creation.
  • Provides Briefs to Customer Marketing team to adapt or create BTL toolkits for PEBAC. + Leads the Business Performance Management Process for Innovation including P&L tracking, Market share monitoring, Brand equity tracking and Category performance with a focus on Sell out.
  • Proposes corrective actions or M4Ms, as needed.+ Administers the overall A&P budget of brands in charge . Qualifications and Experience Required : + University degree required.

    MBA (or equivalent) preferred+ English proficiency required, Spanish+ 5-8 years progressive FMCG experience; proven track record of strong commercial success.

  • Strong ability to create amazing relationships; proven ability to influence across functions and countries, both internally and externally.
  • Strong strategic capabilities in order to apply consumer and market insights to business plans. Think in the future and anticipate trends and opportunities.
  • Comprehensive commercial and financial decision-making experience including channel profitability & targeted trade investment.
  • Strong negotiating skills.+ Role is for Chile&Peru. Can be based in Argentina / Chile or Peru.+ This role requires traveling across the market (estimated 20%) as well as effective usage of virtual communication channels.
