Job DescriptionThe role will support the Corp Functions in driving key talent priorities and strategic HR programs.Some of the key responsibilities will include :

  • Work closely with the global HR for CF and CF Leadership too Support strategic programs ensuring integration into Corp Functions e.
  • g., NGGM, Workday, Other Corp Function-led Transformations and programso Support key talent programs including talent planning, talent refresh, employee experience, etc.

    Work collaboratively with other HR teams : Global HRBPs, Field HR (Local and Global), Local HR / ER, Service Delivery, Centers of Expertise, Talent Strategists, Talent Architecture, Human Capital and Diversity, Enterprise Insights and Reporting teams and the broader business partner team - to bring the best of Accenture to solve complex challenges

  • Work as an individual contributor

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Advanced English level Technical and Personal Skills
  • Experience running programs from design to implementation
  • Problem solving / research
  • Collaborative, able to work across organizational entities and to build and maintain strong networks
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret results
  • Advanced MS Excel
  • Knowledge of analysis tools
  • PowerPoint skills
  • Should have knowledge of HR core concepts, processes, procedures and policies Professional Skills
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • Advanced communication (written and oral) and strong interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills Type of Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of Accenture Human Resource experience
