Legal Operations (Legal Ops) provides services to other Legal functions that improve their day-to-day efficiency and effectiveness, facilitate change and control costs.

The Commercial Operations team is responsible for ensuring the right balance between financial and operational priorities across the Global Legal Organization.

The team delivers insightful reporting in consistent tools to enable robust decision making by Legal Leadership.The Legal Commercial Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing operations support to the Accenture Legal Organization on a global basis.

The Legal Commercial Operations Analyst will support Legal 's internally developed tools / processes and deliverables and the related practices necessary to deliver high quality support in pursuit of Accenture's objectives and the Legal Organization priorities and strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities+ In this role, you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines+ Business reporting and analytics for Legal Leadership+ Active Contractors Report+ Ventures &Acquisitions Matter Tracking+ Inclusion & Diversity Report+ Borrowed Resource Report+ Special Project Report+ Corporate Citizenship report+ Financial Management Support+ Ventures & Acquisitions Matters+ Inclusion & Diversity Council+ Operations / Special Projects+ Corporate Citizenship Council+ Employee Fraud Reimbursement tracking+ Sales & Delivery Support+ Win / Loss Survey (quarterly) comms, data analysis, reporting read out+ Diamond Account Reviews (quarterly)+ + Relationships : + Reports to : Legal Commercial Operations Manager Internal Relationships : Legal Operations team, Legal professionals worldwide, Corporate Function Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, other enterprise groups External Relationships : Outside Counsel, Other suppliersSpecific Skills Required+ Ability to interact with all levels of management+ Ability to communicate with lawyers and outside counsel+ Familiarity and comfort level with Excel, Access db and Sharepoint.

  • The role requires extensive use of Excel, specifically with complex formulas, and a good understanding of Access db and Sharepoint+ The desired candidate will want to learn and gain an understanding of Excel, Access and Sharepoint+ Ability to manage multiple projects with set deliverable dates along with adhoc requests.
  • Qualifications : Education : + Bachelor's degree+ Business administration / Finance background preferredWork Experience : + Experience in developing and monitoring financial budgets+ Experience in financial analysis and reporting+ Experience in developing operational reportingKnowledge and Skill Requirements : + Analytical skills, strong critical thinking and ability to spot problem areas and propose solutions.

  • Work in a team environment and collaborate with others. High degree of initiative and ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate in multinational environment.+ Ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with individuals at many levels of internal and external organization.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion.+ Strong customer service skills.
  • Demonstrates initiative and a consistent ability to identify opportunities to improve existing processes.+ Responsive and follows through on commitments.
