MediaMonks is in search of a skilled developer to join our Buenos Aires team. In this role, you’ll mainly focus on creating AR lenses using SnapKit or AR Studio.
Secondary to that, a working knowledge of the Unity game engine is a plus. Intrigued? You should be.
About the Role
At our incredible Palermo office, you’ll be joining a dedicated team of Monks that works alongside our international offices to produce amazing work.
As our AR lens developer in Buenos Aires, you’ll be flashing your fluency in AR Studio and SnapKit.
With your knowledge of the Unity game engine you’ll also be developing / helping out on our more advanced AR projects (ARCore, ARKit).
Working as part of our BA team, you’ll help to produce AR projects on behalf of A-list agencies and brands.
You’ll be responsible for incorporating all elements of the AR application : from structure and asset implementation to performance optimization and platform support.
With your generalistic understanding of 3D, you’ll develop a wide range of AR filters, lenses and effects.

You have some experience using Facebook SPARK AR Studio
You have worked on AR projects previously
A basic knowledge of 3D modelling and animation workflow
A working knowledge of Unity game engine and C#
You’re experienced collaborating with other developers and source-control systems such as Git and SVN.
You can independently support projects from concept to code, but also like working as part of project teams with dedicated scripters and developers.
You’re a proud (future) member of the AR developer community on Facebook, or elsewhere.
Bonus Round :
You have release one or more Facebook or Snapchat lenses
You have multiple years of experience working with Unity
You have experience with Objective-C, Java, C++ or other programming languages.
You have experience with custom shader development.
You have functional knowledge of Maya, Cinema 4D or 3DStudio.
You’re experienced with native mobile development for iOS or Android.
