Be the go-to sales lead on Enterprise Networks in an architectural sales approach with the Account teams of the selected accounts where Enterprise Networks opportunities are presented.
Build and execute an innovative joint business plan with sales management for your assigned vertical / operation / country.
Grow and convert pipeline. Establish reference customers.
Understand, articulate and position both internally and externally Cisco's end-to-end Enterprise Networks Architecture including technologies such as : Intent-Based Networks, SD-Access, SD-WAN, Wireless, Routing and Switching.
It is critical to position One Cisco in all projects. Strong architectural sales experience.
Develop and cultivate strong relationships with key Enterprise Networks decision makers in the market and partners contacts, including ecosystem partners.
Directly engage on Enterprise Networks opportunities, while allowing the local account team to maintain overall ownership of the relationship with the account, and the overall account strategy.
Demonstrate a strong appreciation of Enterprise Networks, and business needs in a customer’s organization. Use technical and business acumen to align business drivers to Cisco solutions.
Demonstrates the necessary skills to negotiate with peers, partners and customers using a Win / Win philosophy.
Establish a strong team selling approach. Deliver business value to select opportunities for the account and Cisco account team.
Mentor Account Managers and Regional Managerss to make them more effective in selling Enterprise Networks solutions.
Take a lead role with senior management, peers, partners, company and customers in progressing Cisco’s success in Enterprise Networks solutions.
Self-sufficient during the entire sales cycle of a Enterprise Networks solution, including both technical and commercial aspects of our offering.
Should be responsible for forecast accuracy related to Enterprise Networks opportunities within the assigned territory.
Should be able to define together with the account team the bidding structure and the intelligence needed around our Enterprise Networks solutions to provide a wining proposal.
Skills and Experience
Demonstrable successful sales experience with 3+ years proven track record, in Enterprise Networks related solutions.
Competitive product knowledge and experience required.
Strong solution focus expertise for specific technology based around a combination of Software Defined Networks, Switching, Wireless, Routing, SD-Access, SD-WAN.
Understanding of key Technology Trends in Networking, including SDN, SASE, WiFi6, Automation, Analitycs, Security Integration.
Desired experience in selling software solutions and subscription business models.
Must be proficient in team selling approach, comfortable applying business acumen and financial expertise to identify & qualify selling opportunities.
Demonstrated success with managing strategic accounts - including sales strategy, opportunity discovery, forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, and short-term, mid-term, and long-term opportunity management essential.
Strong relationship management skills with a genuine understanding of how to identify build and manage solid relationships with multiple key decisions makers within strategic accounts.
Must be comfortable communicating Cisco value to the executive level.
Ability to execute through Channel Partners.
Must have in-depth knowledge of competitors and the best sales strategies to compete against them.
Excellent negotiation skills
Strong influencing skills to engage internal resources, including BDMs, Cisco Services and Partners.
