4000 professionals located in various locations serving high class strategy / management consulting support in functional and industry areas.

Your key role responsibilities are outlined below : Job ResponsibilitiesRF&P - Annual Headcount Planning, 2QF, 3QFLiaison with Business to submit Monthly PCM ForecastManaging headcount planLiaison with Recruitment - plan, execution, progress, balancing recruitment needs between nodes or offerings if neededEnsuring Proactive Demand tool is updated accuratelyEnsuring all transfers are completedHiring exceptions - preparation, submissionDeveloping Relationships with Business and Business ManagersAttend / Set up regular Business calls Develop TSC materials for these calls, which should include monthly data (chargeability, productivity trends, current headcount, recruiting update, attrition, etc.

Suggest action items to address identified issuesExecute agreed upon action itemsKeep business in the loop on progressSupply / Demand BalancingIdentifying people not meeting productivity targets and discuss with businessFocus on any S / D imbalances and discuss with businessLiaison with TFS - especially if there are staffing problems, lack of demand, over supplyMaintaining Watch List - used for severance calculations and managed attrition actionsDemand - address any questions from the business on entering demand timely into myS Join Accenture and help transform leading organizations and communities around the world.

  • Graduate degree (preferred in Human Resource Management) Skills & Work Experience Must have :
  • 2 years working experience
  • Very good communication, negotiation and people management skills
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Fluent English
  • Very good excel skills, and good other Microsoft applications
  • Experience of delivering HR services to internal / external clients Other requirements
  • This is a global role so there is a requirement to occasionally work hours outside of normal office hours. Additional Comments
