What you’ll do
Manage clients’ accounts on all levels : technical, business, support, and product and help them succeed in their goals
Handle new feature releases.
Provide client feedback internally
Provide client training and webinars
Upsell existing clients
Introduce new features
What you have
At least 2 years of experience as Customer Success Manager in B2B companies or in Customer Facing Roles
Mother tongue level English for both spoken and written communication
Experience within the ecosystem
Product management sense / familiarity
Web marketing and digital advertising experience
Some technical background and analytical experience
Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
Being introduced by an AppsFlyer team member
Experience with a product / SaaS company
SQL or coding experience
