Role Summary : As a part of the MD&I & Reporting Operations team, you will work seamlessly with the Technology MDI Business Operations Lead and the Investment Areas Business Operations teams to execute MD&I strategy and manage internal operations.

You will help us drive the operational actions required to achieve business objectives. You will be part of a team providing operational insight and supporting to drive business growth and achieve operational excellence.

The role requires engaging with key stakeholders (who are generally the Business Operations leads and teams). The role requires in-depth understanding of financial and operational management.

Key Skill Requirements : + Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English+ Detail oriented and organized.

Proactive following up of people+ Versatility to work on different initiatives simultaneously+ Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, IE, Outlook) and Power BI+ Understanding of basic finance concepts - previous MD&I finance and operations experience will be helpful+ Operational and Financial Management+ Forecasting and tracking of budgets+ Design appropriate management reports / scorecards that articulate financial results and highlight inefficiencies+ Develop and improve standardized operational processes+ Understanding of Information Security tools and controls+ Experience in Financials and Sales analytics reporting will be helpful+ Experience in Leadership Presentations will be valuableSpecific Tasks : + Understanding of Technology MD&I budget allocations and Teams.

In-depth understanding of how Technology growth platform is organised will be required.+ Support investment management across teams, driving them towards accurate tracking & reporting of ongoing spend and budget, milestones and key initiative activities.

  • MD&I Financials and Progress Status Reporting+ AIM Management (Accenture Investment Management Tool)+ Forecasting, Holdback allocation and FY Planning - Help managing overall Original Plan and 3QFbased on G&S allocations and structures.
  • Ad-hoc Financial Technology reporting as needed+ Information security support as needed
