Initially, this role would be utilised primarily for Cassandra - Transaction Tax Practice Transformation (P63753) a key program of works that began in FY17 and is continuing to grow in size and complexity for the coming fiscal year.
We are obviously still working through FY19 planning and whilst present budget asks are significant we appreciate that this isn’t guaranteed.
However, with the growing portfolio of TT projects in the pipeline and the ambitious technology strategy the TT practice are proposing continue through FY19 and beyond, we have recognized a need to increase the BA capability of the team to ensure we can continue to deliver excellent service to the TT practice.
Specifically the US deployment is one of 2 top priorities for TT next year. The US represents the largest TT practice globally and it is essential that this goes ahead and is successful.
We need a BA in the US / ARG to work very closely with the TT SMEs ideally for regular face to face meetings and within timezone.
Gold standard communication skills are vital.
What do we need from you?
Experience from Cassandra Wave 1 has shown that this is a full time responsibility and the US deployment will be a multi-
year program consisting of several phases.
Hence the requirement for a permanent resource to ensure knowledge retention and continuity.
The EY Technology CT Tax (GCR, TT and Indirect Tax) BA FTEs are currently fully or over utilized and we are unable to meet the immediate need from the wider Tax CT population.
There are existing TAS employees whose positions are being placed at risk who would be a good fit so it is essential we act swiftly.
