Objectives of the Position :

  • Manage products of the Oncology franchise, with a main focus on maintaining mature products and new launchings;
  • Develop strategies for launching new product;
  • Maximize the results in other mature products;
  • Exercise joint leadership in business expansion projects involving Private Access;
  • Exercise joint leadership in business expansion projects involving Public Access, including public accounts on Municipal and State levels.
  • Main Responsibilities :

  • Lead and develop a complete Marketing Plan;
  • Develop and implement a bio-marker plan;
  • Develop and intensify Sales Force Training Programs;
  • Liaise between the Training and the Medical areas to establish a training plan that ensures a proper level of knowledge and empowers the Sales Force according to the product’s needs;
  • perform brand management work in close coordination with other areas of the company (Regulatory, Manufacturing, Medical, Promotion, Commercial, Market Intelligence, Finance and others), thus ensuring excellent quality in the execution of the Marketing Plan;
  • Begin the knowledge and preparation work for pre-marketing / pre-launching of new porducts, performing in harmony with the global team and with local areas;
  • Establish a frequent communication channel with the Sales Force, with other internal clients and with department peers;
  • Keep a constant follow-up of the market / competitive movements and use this information in strategic decisions and / or in the route adjustments of our products;
  • Develop and cultivate an excellent relationship level with opinion leaders;
  • Establish a high standard of communications and relationship with the global team and ensure that the domestic market’s reality is understood and that its needs are properly passed on to the team members;
  • Manage the available promotional resources consciously and responsibly and keep up a proper standard for managing P&L.

  • BU / Company strategies are transformed into actions and / or business plans, thereby assuring their prompt execution;
  • Decisions are made based on a broad vision of the dynamics of the business and of the market;
  • Customers are approached within the region itself, as well as in other regions, in order to create a better understanding of the needs of each region, assess competitive actions, and address the plans according to the opportunities identified;
  • Communicates clearly and adjusts his / her communication style according to the several audiences that are contacted;
  • Approaches the Sales Force seeking feedback that can be of assistance towards a better strategic vision and tactical implementations;
  • Creates strategic plans that are sustainable and foresee continuous growth;
  • Monitors performance indicators and adjusts the actions topically and appropriately;
  • Builds up relationships with key opinion leaders and maintains information exchange with them to adjust the strategic plan appropriately;
  • Designs plans and strategies to neutralize the actions of competitors;
  • Circulates easily in all different hierarchical levels even under stressful or conflictive circumstances;
  • Adjusts the plans and redirects resources in the course of a project in order to adapt the strategy towards a change context;
  • Values other people’s contributions and perspectives, even when they differ from his / her own point of view, when leading business-
  • sensitive situations and in managing people / teams;
  • Uses People Management as part of the business strategy and objectives, by elaborating a plan that has clear objectives and follow-up actions;
  • Is recognized by others as being an influential leader of people;
  • Recognizes existing barriers and problems within the organization and is able to create solutions related to structures and processes, which assures a sustained performance.
  • Knowledge :

  • Education : Graduate degree in Marketing, Communication, Engineering, Economics, or other related areas, plus postgraduate extension / MBA (Marketing and Sales Management, Business Management or other related areas);
  • Languages :
  • o Fluent English (essential)

    o Spanish (plus factor)

  • Solid knowledge of Marketing, Strategic Planning, Sales Force Optimization, Analytic Reading of the Market, Negotiation Techniques, Presentation Techniques;
  • Strong command of the Excel tool usage.
  • Experience :

  • Minimum of 36 months in the pharmaceutical segment Product Management;
  • Solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry;
  • Product Launching experience in the Onco- Hematology area (mandatory - w / marker makes a differential);
  • Experience in implementing and monitoring Effectiveness Programs for the Sales force (desirable);
  • Experience in developing the protocol and in implementing market researches (desirable);
  • People Management the change context within the BU makes it necessary to have a professional with expertise in managing people and effectively influencing them.
