As a Productivity Manager, you will be in charge of the following duties / task :

Stakeholder & Governance Management

  • Exceptional relationship management skills with senior sales stakeholders to understand and align with their needs and business challenges to define enablement prioritiesAbility to quickly build relationships and partner with the LATAM Enablement Programs team and the Sales Development Leaders to shape the current and future enablement offerings to continuously meet the needs of the businessServe as a feedback mechanism from the field back to various teams within Sales Enablement on the required scope and effectiveness of centrally created programs and initiatives.
  • Identify business gaps affiliated with regional enablement and work with the necessary resources to address needs

    Flawless Execution

  • Create and deliver scalable enablement programs and initiatives to address the needs of the businessPlan the execution throughout the year and the quarter, fully owning the enablement calendar for the Business Development functionTailor, drive and deliver sales enablement programs (i) sales operational excellence, tools and processes to increase performance, (ii) specific soft and business skills and (iii) product and industry knowledge
  • Management Scope

  • Define the strategy and execution plan always reviewing priorities and setting the right expectations with stakeholders and the teamManage the capacity of the team in terms of deliver, helping to prioritize and addressing issues / escalationsGet personally involved in design of learning journeys by role and in the enablement of the managers within Business Development Team to ensure they are skilled to coach their own people, reinforcing learning and best practices
  • Requierements

  • Minimum of 7 years leadership experienceMinimum of 7 years leadership experience3+ years experience in sales enablement with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven track record of working with and influencing executives, extended teams, and command respect.Ability to work under pressure, highly adaptable and well organizedProven track record in creating, delivering, and training successfully with measurable results in fast paced environmentsStrong, detailed knowledge of software sales cycles, sales process, and sales leader coachingStrong ability to represent concepts, as well as summarize and communicate complex ideas into curriculum with a sense of how sales professionals think, operate and absorb trainingGet it done attitude with a strong sense of team spiritExcellent attention to detail, oral, written and presentation skills, confident communicator with a flair for storytellingStrategic thinker that can see the big picture, innovate and adapt to constant changeKnowledge of Salesforce product portfolio with keen understanding of product messaging and positioning in addition to overall industry knowledgeGreat communication skills that span across various culturesand professional backgrounds.

    Ability to connect the dots organizationally, network effortlessly and influence various roles, levels and profiles to drive collaboration and program excellence.
