Facilities and logistics duties including reporting, expenses controls, and carrying out general office administrative tasks such as assisting visitors, travelling arrangements, events coordinator, agenda & meeting management.
Assists with the coordination and management of financial processes and reporting to ensure effective operation of the finance department.

Agenda management & Management Team Support
Manage Director calendar, arrange meetings, calls and logistics, meeting minutes and any administrative support needed
Assist Visitors, logistics (travel requirements, hotel booking, and transportation), meetings, lunch, and other related tasks.
Assist Support teams on different tasks due to Business needs
Travel & Expense Reports
Make all necessary travel arrangements & bookings for Company Director, management team, when traveling, also locally for Visitors, prepare trip files, organize logistics (taxis, room to work).
Prepare travel expense reports, including receipts
Make purchases required by Director and direct reports
Vendor Management (transportation, security, office supplies, etc )
Create & follow-up on purchase orders, so that payments are made on time and properly
