The Total Rewards Analyst is primarily responsible for driving audits and checks to support compensation processes and ad-hoc projects.
Apply analytical, Excel and problem-solving skills to ensure early identification of potential risks & drive data accuracy.
Collaborates with LatAm Total Rewards team and Total Rewards CoE teams. Conducts ad-hoc analyses as requested and supports assigned comp processes.
The Total Rewards Analyst will partner with the TR CoE who retains overall ownership for the design, processes and tools which support Total Rewards.
This involves processes and tasks such as :
Monthly Salary & Payroll Reports and Internal Audits for the different countries supported, ensuring all is processed following the required, differentiated standards required locally.
Support on Salary Adjustments & Additional Payments, as required.
Support during Compensation Administration process (midyear and annual)
Human Resources and Compensation or Payroll background
Intermediate level of English
