Job Description

Responsible for helping drive revenue through client engagement, business development and execution of Sabre strategy for OTA Accounts in Latin America region in an assigned customer territory.

Under general direction, responsible for interfacing with customers, developing and maintaining positive customer relations, while also coordinating internally with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

Works onsite directly with customers to develop joint business plans, facilitating delivery of committed and new business.

Leverages Sabre service and product offerings, exploring new business opportunities and expanding commercial relationships.

Establishes positive customer relationship and results to solidify renewal opportunities.

Provides daily account management services to assigned OTA customers, answering requests, monitoring performance and providing recommendations through identification of new opportunities.

Serves as daily primary point of contact with the customer for operational support on the use of Sabre products and services.

Coordinates daily work with other internal Sabre teams, including Online Account Director, Sabre Technology Manager, Customer Billing Analyst and Online Customer Performance Engineer.

This position has authority to substantially affect the relationship between the company and a customer, either from a financial or a product standpoint.

Ensures service revenue recognition by effectively managing service contracts and renewals.

  • Demonstrates broad knowledge of the functional area. Exercises independent judgment.
  • Applies advanced skills, concepts, practices and procedures to complete several small to medium projects or a complex component of a large project.
  • May assist with training, beta test and product demonstrations and implementations.
  • Prepares and delivers performance reports
  • Receives general direction on assignments, with minimal review.
  • EDUCATION : Bachelor degree

  • EXPERIENCE : Minimum 5 years related experience preferred. Advanced computer software skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • ability to handle multiple projects; negotiating capabilities with focus on successful and long sustainable results.
