As part of the Global Recruitment Marketing team, you will need to be a data-driven professional who has a passion for virtual and in-person events, developing marketing campaign plans and tactics, and leveraging both digital and non-digital channels to promote our employer brand and engage our target audiences.
This roll will be focused on primarily supporting our engineering recruiting and hiring teams in Latin America by leveraging a number of different marketing tactics to reach our ideal target audience of technical candidates.
Although this role will be primarily focused on our efforts in Latin America, our team manages marketing campaigns that are global and diverse, so an understanding and focus on different cultures and how imagery, language and tone impacts success will be crucial.
This position requires someone with experience owning in-person and digital events, paid social advertising, email marketing, and the using data-driven insights to optimize performance.
Prior experience with employer branding or recruitment marketing is a plus. To be successful in this role, you will need to know how to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders, be detailed-oriented, committed to executing on multiple assignments on tight deadlines, and understand how to analyze the ROI of each project or campaign.
Having innovative, strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude are also keys to success in this role.
What you'll do :
Execute on strategy for building market awareness and generating leads, applications, and hires to support our engineering / technical recruiting needs in Latin America.
Execute and own in-person and digital events, programs, and campaigns from beginning to end.
Execute a demand generation strategy across multiple digital channels - including social, email, and other forms of paid advertising
Own the lead management process from lead capture to clean up to follow-up. You will work collaboratively with recruiting and obtain feedback on the success of marketing campaigns
Execute campaigns to nurture leads and existing database to move qualified leads through the hiring funnel.
Measure, analyze, and report performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs to marketing and recruitment leadership.
Utilize this performance data to understand the success of each campaign and make recommendations for future efforts.
Use automation and tools to improve processes and productivity
Ensure proper messaging, timing and execution of ongoing campaigns across email, social media, and other digital advertising.
Collaborates across multiple teams and stakeholders and pro-actively seek out training, development and growth opportunities to become a better marketer
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) - English required
5+ years marketing experience, preferably with demand generation experience.
Experience owning and executing from beginning to end both virtual and in-person events and conferences.
Experience executing on various marketing tactics such as paid social campaigns, email campaigns and advertising.
Experience creating nurture campaigns to move prospects through the funnel.
Strong collaboration skills with experience owning navigating complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment
Data and results driven
