The Publishing and Knowledge Management team helps our global organization with operational excellence in promoting and delivering Cloud Professional Services.

We do this by providing global structure, processes, standards, and policies for how Cloud Professional Services promotes and delivers professional services.

To help our customer-facing teams grow and scale rapidly, you will play a key role in generating, maintaining, and creating awareness for content in our global information hubs and onboarding programs.

You will also lead and support in various programmatic aspects of developing and launching our service kits and service offerings which are critical to sales and service delivery stakeholders across the Cloud Customer Experience organization.

  • Support or lead complex, multidisciplinary projects, including managing project schedules, identifying risks, and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders.
  • Gather perspectives and input using appropriate techniques to build consensus, increase awareness, and increase adoption and compliance.
  • Organize and conduct regular stakeholder meetings, and communicate summaries and action items.
  • Put agreed-upon ideas and direction into action, ensuring clear ownership and accountability; driving for clarity and speed of decisions, and monitor / lead the effectiveness and progress of key initiatives.
  • Run global programs, ensuring the program processes and workflows are adhered to and documentation is updated as needed.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a technology or management consulting organization.
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, etc.) or equivalent tools.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Ability to create, organize, and maintain clear and concise content for global consumption in multiple formats (Sites, Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms, Tables, KBs, etc.)
  • Familiarity with consulting or professional services delivery.
  • Highly organized, analytical and detail oriented.
  • Excellent project / program management skills and ability to keep multiple priorities moving at the same time.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
