We are looking for an experienced Data & MarTech Vice President to oversee MRM regional (hispanic speaking countries) Data & MarTech operations & strategy.
You will discover efficient ways to define, develop and organize data strategies & operations with attention to security, business value, client centricity and confidentiality.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of databases and data analysis procedures. You will also be tech-savvy and possess excellent troubleshooting skills.
The goal is to ensure follow up and evolution of current data operations & governance (and new products) among all markets.
Experience on designing and optimizing Data & MarTech Ecosystems to develop end-to-end and data-driven experiences is required.
Run and maintain a regional partners strategy in terms of MarTech and Data.
Data Evangelization in the region by understanding the current maturity level of every marketing and agency.
Demonstrate the strategic value of data & MarTech in pitches and current clients creating compelling storytelling through powerful marketing and communications tactics.
Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives.

Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function.
Ability to explain and communicate different concepts in a very easy & attractive way and creating data & MarTech storytelling.

Requires a bachelor's degree (ideally post graduate degree).
Requires 10+ years of management experience & data related experience.
Relevant Experience in native digital players or in advanced data and digital organizations.
